# O.C.G.A. § 44-2-241. Transfer of whole of registered estates, undivided interests, divided portions, and to secure debt, with power of sale.

The following are prescribed as the regular forms of transfer, but other forms may be used in accordance with this article:

TRANSFER OF WHOLE OF REGISTERED ESTATE

In consideration of

the undersigned,

hereby transfers, sells, and conveys to his entire right, title, estate, and interest in the tract of land described in the certificate of title No. , hereto attached, registered as Registered Title No. in the office of the clerk of the Superior Court of County, Georgia.

TRANSFER OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN REGISTERED

ESTATE
