# O.C.G.A. § 44-4-25. Use of terms limited.

The use of the term “Georgia State Plane Coordinate System East Zone,” “Georgia State Plane Coordinate System West Zone,” on any map, report of survey, or other document shall be limited to coordinates based on the Georgia State Plane Coordinate Systems as defined in this article.

## Amendments

The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, redesignated former Code Section 44-4-26 as present Code Section 44-4-25, and rewrote this Code section.
