# O.C.G.A. § 44-5-37. Applicability of Code Sections 53-4-70 and 53-4-71 to elections under or against deed.

The principles of Code Sections 53-4-70 and 53-4-71 relating to elections shall also apply to deeds.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, substituted “Code Sections 53-4-70 and 53-4-71” for “Code Sections 53-2-112 through 53-2-114”.
