Trial in superior court. If it is unclear whether the proposed correction would interfere with the vested rights of others, the Governor may cause an issue to be made and certify the same to the superior court of the county where the land is located, requiring the court to cause the issue to be tried before a jury and have its verdict certified to him. ## History Orig.
