Employment of assistants to discharge functions imposed by Chapter 5 of Title 10, the ‘‘Georgia Uniform Securities Act of 2008.’’ The Secretary of State may employ such assistants as may be necessary to discharge the functions imposed on him relative to Chapter 5 of Title 10, the ‘‘Georgia Uniform Securities Act of 2008,’’ provided that an appropriation therefor shall have been made in accordance with law. ## History Ga.
