# O.C.G.A. § 45-19-32. Unlawful practice for party to violate conciliation agreement.

It is an unlawful practice for a party to a conciliation agreement made pursuant to subsection (f) of Code Section 45-19-36 to violate the terms of the agreement.

## Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, substituted “subsection (f)” for “subsection (e)”.
