# O.C.G.A. § 45-9-89. Annual report to General Assembly.

The department shall annually file a report of its activities regarding the Georgia State Indemnification Fund with the General Assembly, which report shall include the amount of funds paid under the program of indemnification. Such report shall also include a copy of each order providing for payment or a summary of each such order giving all pertinent details.

## Amendments

The 2023 amendment, effective May 3, 2023, in the first sentence of this Code section, substituted “The department” for “The commission” at the beginning and inserted “regarding the Georgia State Indemnification Fund”, and, in the second sentence, substituted “Such report” for “It”.
