46-2-24. Consideration by commission of quality of service in determining just and reasonable rates and charges.

  1. In determining what are just and reasonable rates and charges to be made by any person, firm, or corporation (referred to in this Code section as a “utility”) subject to its jurisdiction, the commission is authorized and is directed to consider the quality of the service rendered by such utility.
