# O.C.G.A. § 46-3-1. Short title.

This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Territorial Electric Service Act.”

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, inserted “and may be cited”.
