Residency requirements for authority members; ineligibility of election committee representatives for membership; eligibility of members to succeed themselves. Each member of the authority shall be a resident of one of the political subdivisions represented on the election committee, but, insofar as is mathematically possible, no two members shall reside in the same political subdivision. Representatives to the election committee shall not be eligible for membership on the authority. Members shall be eligible to succeed themselves. ## History Ga. L. 1975, p. 107, § 4.
