46-3-200.3. Rights, powers, and benefits to broadband affiliates of electric membership corporations.

  1. Broadband affiliates shall have all of the rights, powers, and benefits granted to other entities under the provisions of Title 14 and shall not be subject to any restrictions contained in this article, except that a broadband affiliate shall:

  2. (1)

    Only serve the purposes of developing, providing, furnishing, or promoting broadband facilities and broadband services, or a combination of such purposes; and#

  3. (2)

    Be subject to the provisions of Code Section 46-3-200.2.#
