Dissenters’ rights. No member of an electric membership corporation shall, by dissenting from any merger or consolidation to which the electric membership corporation of which he is a member is a party or otherwise, any sale of all or substantially all the assets of such electric membership corporation, or any amendment of such electric membership corporation’s articles of incorporation, have the right to receive any consideration for his membership interest except as provided in the plan of merger or consolidation, the terms of sale, or the amendment of the articles of incorporation. ## History Code 1933, § 34C-1803, enacted by Ga.
