Venue and service of process in action for involuntary dissolution. Every action for the involuntary dissolution of an electric membership corporation shall be commenced in the name of the state by the Attorney General in the superior court of the county in which the last known registered office or principal office of the electric membership corporation, as shown by the records of the Secretary of State, is situated.
