46-3-433. Qualification of receivers; giving of bond.

  1. (a)

    A receiver shall in all cases be a citizen of the United States or a corporation authorized to act as receiver, which corporation may be a domestic corporation, either business or nonprofit, or a foreign corporation, either business or nonprofit, authorized to transact business in this state.#

  2. (b)

    A receiver shall in all cases give such bond as the court may direct, with such sureties as the court may require.#
