Commission’s authority to approve certain pilot programs. Nothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit the commission from approving, upon application by a gas company, pilot programs which allow increased customer choice on such gas company’s distribution system but which are not otherwise subject to the provisions of this article. ## History Code 1981, § 46-4-162, enacted by Ga.
