Injunctions. In addition to the civil monetary penalty provided for in Code Section 46-4-35, the commission may bring a civil action to enjoin a violation of any provision of this article or of any rule, regulation, or order issued by the commission under this article. In order to obtain this equitable relief, the commission shall not be required to allege or prove that there is no adequate remedy at law. ## History Ga. L. 1970, p. 145, § 2.
