Nothing contained in this chapter shall authorize the director to establish or maintain the Residential Conservation Service program or otherwise administer this chapter except to the extent necessary to avoid the imposition of a federal program pursuant to the National Energy Conservation Policy Act (P.L. 95-619). ## History Ga.
