46-5-103. Jurisdiction of commission.

  1. Cooperatives and foreign corporations doing business in this state pursuant to this part shall be subject to the jurisdiction and supervision of the commission in the same manner and in every respect as any other telephone company owning, leasing, or operating a public telephone service or telephone line in this state.
