# O.C.G.A. § 46-5-137. Powers of commission not affected.

This part shall not be construed as affecting the jurisdiction or powers of the commission to establish rates, charges, or tariffs.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “commission” for “Public Service Commission”.
