46-5-96. Construction standards.

  1. Construction of telephone lines and facilities by a cooperative shall, as a minimum requirement, comply with the standards of the National Electrical Code in effect at the time of such construction and shall be in such manner and according to such specifications as will avoid interference with or hazards to existing telephone lines, facilities, or systems.
