These Code sections related to the sale of railroad corporations not chartered by the General Assembly, sale or lease of property, rights, and franchises of railroad corporation upon termination of prior lease, sale of a railroad under trust deed, upon foreclosure of mortgage, or by judicial decree, reorganization of a corporation by purchasers or their associates or assigns, and exercise by a railroad company of right, franchises, and privileges in another state or territory.
