46-8-347. Adoption of chapter by railroad companies.

  1. Any railroad company desiring to adopt this chapter as a part of its charter may so signify by resolution of its board of directors filed with the Secretary of State. The certificate of the Secretary of State that such resolution has been filed with him shall be conclusive evidence of such filing and shall clothe the company with the powers specified in this article.
