# O.C.G.A. § 46-8-75. Transfer of copy of petition from Secretary of State to commission.

Immediately upon the filing of the petition for dissolution, the Secretary of State shall transmit one copy thereof to the commission for investigation.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “commission” for “Public Service Commission”.
