46-9-24. Report by commission of excessive, unreasonable, or discriminatory through rates to Interstate Commerce Commission.

  1. Whenever rates are not changed according to the suggestion of the commission pursuant to Code Section 46-9-23, it shall be the duty of the commission to present the facts, whenever it can legally be done, to the Interstate Commerce Commission and to appeal to it for relief.
