Employer contributions by Georgia Composite Medical Board. The Georgia Composite Medical Board shall pay an employer contribution for each of its investigators who becomes a member of the fund. Such contribution shall be the full actuarial cost of the member’s participation as calculated by the actuary for the fund and shall be made on an annual basis. ## History Code 1981, § 47-17-61, enacted by Ga. L. 2009, p. 824, § 4/HB 487; Ga. L. 2024, p. 623, § 1/SB 328, effective July 1, 2024. ## Amendments The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, in the first sentence, substituted “of its investigators” for “person” near the middle, and deleted “pursuant to division (5)(I)(vi) of Code Section 47-17-1” from the end; and, substituted “an annual” for “a monthly” near the end of the second sentence.
