47-17-62. Payment of employment contributions by Board of Dentistry.

The Georgia Board of Dentistry shall pay an employer contribution for each of its investigators who becomes a member of the fund. Such contribution shall be the full actuarial cost of the member’s participation as calculated by the actuary for the fund and shall be made on an annual basis.

Effective date

This Code section became effective July 1, 2018.

Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, in the first sentence, substituted “of its investigators” for “person” near the middle, and deleted “pursuant to division (5)(I)(vi) of Code Section 47-17-1” from the end; and, substituted “an annual” for “a monthly” near the end of the second sentence.
