Effect of failure of state court to provide means by which its officials or employees can become members of the retirement system. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, any state court which has not provided means by which its employees can become members of the retirement system shall, on and after February 13, 1962, no longer be deemed to be adjuncts of the superior courts. No employee of such state court shall be deemed to be a state employee or otherwise eligible for membership in the retirement system. ## History Ga. L. 1962, p. 54, § 7.
