48-5-266. Submission by chief appraiser of assessment list with supporting information; attendance and providing of information at appeal hearings.

- (a)
The chief appraiser shall submit a certified list of assessments for all taxable property within the county to the county board of tax assessors. The list shall be accompanied by any supporting information requested by the board of tax assessors and shall be submitted within the time prescribed by the board of tax assessors.#
- (b)
The chief appraiser or his delegate shall attend all hearings on appeals of assessments made to the county board of equalization. He shall provide the county board of equalization with the information supporting the appraisal and assessment which has been appealed.#
