Power of Board of Community Health; Board of Medical Assistance abolished. The Board of Community Health established under Chapter 2 of Title 31 is empowered to establish the general policy to be followed by the department. The Board of Medical Assistance which existed June 30, 1999, is abolished July 1, 1999, and no person shall be appointed to such board on or after July 1, 1999. ## History Ga.
