Assistance for qualified aliens. (a) As used in this Code section, the term “qualified alien” means a qualified alien as defined in Section 431 of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, as amended, Public Law 104-193. (b) Qualified aliens will be eligible for assistance under the Georgia TANF Program upon meeting the same qualifications and conditions as other applicants. ## History Code 1981, § 49-4-188, enacted by Ga.
