Examination of applicant by ophthalmologist or optometrist. No application for assistance under this article shall be approved until the applicant has been examined by an ophthalmologist or optometrist designated or approved by the department to make such examinations. The examining ophthalmologist or optometrist shall certify the findings of the examination in writing upon forms provided by the department. ## History Ga. L. 1937, p. 568, § 9; Ga.
