49-9-11. Residency requirement; financial need.

  1. (a)

    Vocational rehabilitation services shall be provided to any qualified individual who is a bona fide resident of the state.#

  2. (b)

    The financial need of eligible persons with disabilities will be considered in the provision of vocational rehabilitation services to the extent allowed by federal or other state law.#
