## Editor's Notes

Ga. L. 2025, p. 332, § 10-4/SB 96, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “Any assets of the Employment First Georgia Council existing as of June 30, 2025, shall devolve by operation of law and without further action to the State of Georgia on July 1, 2025. Any liabilities and obligations of the Employment First Georgia Council existing as of June 30, 2025, shall be transferred to and assumed by the State of Georgia, by such instruments as may be required to maintain the same.”

The former article, relating to the Employment First Georgia Council, consisted of Code Sections 49-9-50 through 49-9-53.
