50-12-72.1. Additional powers.

  1. The Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame Board shall, in furtherance of its purposes and in addition to other powers granted to the board by law, have those powers generally granted by law to state authorities, including specifically, without limitation, the power to acquire, improve, and hold real and personal property and the power to contract with other governmental authorities, departments, and agencies and private entities for such purposes.
