50-12-75. Overview committees; duties.

  1. The House Economic Development and Tourism Committee and the Senate Economic Development Committee shall act and serve as overview committees of the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame. The committees shall periodically inquire into and review the operations of the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame, as well as periodically review and evaluate the success with which the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame Board is accomplishing its statutory duties and functions as provided in Subpart 1 of this part.
