50-12-78. Evaluation criteria.

  1. In the discharge of their duties, the committees shall evaluate the performance of the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame Board consistent with the following criteria:

  2. (1)

    Prudent, legal, and accountable expenditure of public funds;#

  3. (2)

    Efficient operation; and#

  4. (3)

    Performance of its statutory responsibilities.#
