State entities to compile information for an inventory of all state owned or leased facilities and real property. Beginning July 1, 2005, each state entity shall compile information on all state facilities, real property, and state leases under the custody or control of such state entity necessary for the compilation of an inventory of all state owned or leased facilities and real property; provided, however, that all improvements acquired for public works that will ultimately be disposed of are excluded from the requirements of this part. On or before October 1, 2005, and as changes occur, but by no later than such date annually, each state entity shall send such information to the commission.
