Penalty for refusal to obey security personnel or law enforcement officer. Any person who refuses to obey any lawful order of any security personnel or law enforcement officer issued pursuant to Code Section 50-16-14 or 50-16-15 or any person who refuses to vacate any such property or building when requested to do so shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. ## History Ga.
