Ga. L. 2025, p. 332, § 12-1/SB 96, reserved the designation of this Code section, effective July 1, 2025. Ga. L. 2025, p. 332, § 12-2/SB 96, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “Any assets of the Lottery Retailer Advisory Board existing as of June 30, 2025, shall devolve by operation of law and without further action to the State of Georgia on July 1, 2025. Any liabilities and obligations of the Lottery Retailer Advisory Board existing as of June 30, 2025, shall be transferred to and assumed by the State of Georgia, by such instruments as may be required to maintain the same.”
