L. 1995, p. 365, § 1; and Ga. L. 1995, p. 934, § 1 all enacted a Code Section 50-3-70. Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, the Code section enacted by Ga. L. 1995, p. 365, § 1 has been redesignated as Code Section 50-3-71 and the Code section enacted by Ga. L. 1995, p. 934, § 1 has been redesignated as Code Section 50-3-72.
