# O.C.G.A. § 50-3-89. State grape.

The muscadine grape is designated as the official Georgia grape.

## Code Commission Notes

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2020, Code Section 50-3-89, as enacted by Ga. L. 2020, p. 827, § 3-2/HB 998, was redesignated as Code Section 50-3-90.

## Effective Date

This Code section became effective January 1, 2021.
