Limitation on liability. Neither the members of the authority nor any officer or employee of the authority acting on behalf thereof, while acting within the scope of his or her authority, shall be subject to any liability resulting from: (1) The construction, ownership, maintenance, or operation of any project financed with the assistance of the authority; (2) The construction, ownership, maintenance, or operation of any project, facility, or undertaking authorized by the authority and owned by a local government; or (3) Carrying out any of the powers expressly given in this chapter. ## History Code 1981, § 50-39-17, enacted by Ga.
