50-5-140. Lists of surplus property.

  1. It shall be the duty and responsibility of the head of each department, institution, or agency of the state to furnish, upon written request by the Department of Administrative Services on such forms as provided by it, a list of all surplus personal property held by that department, institution, or agency at the time of the request. These requests may be made by the Department of Administrative Services as often as it deems necessary.
