## Editor's Notes

Former Code Sections 50-5-2 through 50-5-9, relating to the fiscal division, the director thereof, and warrants for payment of state government expenses, were repealed and reenacted by Ga. L. 1993, p. 1402, § 1, effective July 1, 1993, as Code Sections 50-5A-1 through 50-5A-8, relating to the Office of Treasury and Fiscal Services (now Office of the State Treasurer).
