Transfer of powers and duties from former Office of Treasury and Fiscal Services. The Office of the State Treasurer and the state treasurer shall be in all respects the successor agency to, and shall assume all the powers and duties of, the former Office of Treasury and Fiscal Services and its director. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the state treasurer shall serve as a member of the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission; and for that purpose the state treasurer shall also be designated as the director of the Fiscal Division of the Department of Administrative Services. ## History Code 1981, § 50-5A-10, enacted by Ga.
