# O.C.G.A. § 50-7-120. Administration and support from the Department of Economic Development.

The Department of Economic Development is authorized to administer and support the activities of the Georgia Joint Defense Commission in accordance with Article 5 of Chapter 4 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.
