# O.C.G.A. § 50-8-260. Definitions.

As used in this article, the term:

(1) “Department” means the Department of Community Affairs.

(2) “Fund” means the Georgia Downtown Renaissance Fund, a revolving loan fund originating low-interest loans for qualified investments in a downtown district.
