L. 2024, p. 922, § 12-1/SB 341, effective May 6, 2024. ## Code Commission Notes Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2010, “Georgia Environmental Finance Authority” was substituted for “Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority” in paragraph (a)(11). ## Editor's Notes Ga. L. 2024, p. 922, § 12-2/SB 341, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “Any assets of the Commission on Regional Planning existing as of June 30, 2024, shall devolve by operation of law and without further action to the State of Georgia on July 1, 2024. Any liabilities and obligations of the Commission on Regional Planning existing as of June 30, 2024, shall be transferred and assumed by the State of Georgia, by such instruments as may be required to maintain the same.”
