As used in this article, the term “life cycle costs” means the total costs associated with the use of building materials and fixtures, including the initial cost of acquisition and the cost of installation, operation, energy use, maintenance, and disposal of such material or fixture. ## History Code 1981, § 50-9-100, enacted by Ga.
