50-9-33. Negotiable instruments; exempt from taxation.

  1. All revenue bonds issued under this article and Article 1 of this chapter shall have and are declared to have all the qualities and incidents of negotiable instruments under the negotiable instruments law of the state. The bonds and the income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation within the state.
